During the summer having loads of
makeup on is just a mess! With the heat and the sweat – nothing could be worse!
So, during the hot months of smile I rely on my smile as my makeup and lay off
all the heat shadows and foundations.

Something as simple as your smile
(its free too, I might add!) can make anyone look so beautiful! Not only on the
exterior but a smile comes from the inside out, so you’ll feel good and look
beautiful too! This is because the act of smiling triggers your brain to feel
happy and confident, embrace this feeling and smile more!
In addition, smiling because just
show off your teeth. Smiling lights up your eyes and makes your whole face look
brighter. This effect makes you look (and feel) happier and more confident!
What could be more beautiful then that?
So put down the makeup brushes
and apply the smile, everyone! You’ll be looking better and feeling better in
no time!
